chia seed pudding recipe:

i like to do a ratio of 1/4 chia seeds and oat milk

ingredients:

1 cup oat milk / almond / coconut milk / (i haven't tried juice but i bet it would be good idk)

1/4 cup chia seeds

whatever flavor u wanna put in there I do cocoa powder

you can put fruit or granola on top

you can add peanut butter or protein powder or yogurt whatever maybe just add more milk if u do

how to make it:

you can adjust the amount of chia seeds to milk to your liking.

i don't even measure this is hard to fuck up.

mix it rly good and then put in the fridge for at least 30 mins but it's good overnight!!!
